You may use Maktabook only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You may need to create an account to use some features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Maktabook. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed for any content you upload, share, or publish through the service.

If you enable public sharing, you are responsible for the content you choose to make accessible through share links. Anyone with a valid share link may be able to view the shared content until the link is disabled or the content is removed.
